Your Impact

This is a unique opportunity to help shape the employee experience and culture at Axon Vietnam. As the Employee Experience Program Manager, you’ll support onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, and culture initiatives that create an exceptional and connected experience for employees in Vietnam.

Based in Ho Chi Minh City and embedded within the People Operations organization, you’ll own the execution of New Hire Orientation (NHO) while supporting a variety of programs that foster connection, learning, recognition, and engagement. You’ll partner cross-functionally with teams and leaders across Axon to bring our culture to life and create meaningful experiences throughout the employee journey.

What You’ll Do

Location: Hybrid in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Work Location This role is based out of our Ho Chi Minh City office and follows a hybrid schedule: onsite Tuesday through Friday and remote on Mondays, unless an approved accommodation applies. We place a high value on in-person collaboration and building a strong in-office culture .

  • Own and execute New Hire Orientation (NHO) in Ho Chi Minh City, delivering a seamless, engaging, and culture-driven first-day experience for all new hires.
  • Coordinate and continuously improve onboarding programs across Vietnam, partnering with new hires, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable processes and deliver a consistent, high-quality onboarding experience, including coordinating local programs and benefits for new hires, such as gym membership.
  • Manage the Talaera English Program for Vietnam employees, driving participation and program success.
  • Support learning and development initiatives across Vietnam, partnering with leaders to identify needs and opportunities, coordinate relevant programs, and leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance learning experiences, including initiatives such as EMDP and the internship program.
  • Bring Axon’s recognition programs to life in Vietnam, driving awareness, participation, and meaningful recognition of employee contributions.
  • Contribute to key employee experience programs and events, including VKO, helping bring them to life in Vietnam and foster connection, engagement, and Axon’s culture.
  • Partner with employees and leaders to shape and strengthen Axon’s culture in Vietnam, translating feedback and insights into initiatives that build connection, trust, and a stronger sense of one team.
  • Partner with Recruiting, Marketing, Communications, and other cross-functional teams to build and strengthen Axon’s employer brand in Vietnam, showcasing our people, culture, and employee experience through relevant internal and external channels.
  • Support customer engagement efforts in Vietnam, including creating opportunities to bring customers into the Ho Chi Minh City office and connect them with local teams.
