Temporary Outlet Lead Sales Associate - (Ends 09/05/2026; Potential Extension)

JOB SUMMARY: Assist the Outlet Supervisor with daily operations. Responsible for store operations in the absence of the Outlet Supervisor. Perform duties of Outlet Sales Associate. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Oversee basic Outlet operations in the absence of the Outlet Supervisor (including making daily bank deposits), ensuring Outlet staff deliver customer service according to defined procedures. Provide guidance to staff on sales questions or issues; inform Outlet Supervisor or designee of personnel-related problems. Organize the store by stocking and placing merchandise. Maintain a neat, clean, and safe working and shopping environment by following good housekeeping practices. Assist customers: a) by helping them find merchandise and/or b) by carrying their paid merchandise to their vehicles (does not include loading items into customers’ vehicles). c) by reporting any problems/complaint to the Outlet Supervisor Remove/sort unsold merchandise for recycling/disposal, as appropriate. Perform opening and closing procedures as required. Perform cashier duties as requested. Greet customers entering the outlet and thank them as they leave.
