HR Onboarding Specialist

About the Role We’re looking for an HR Onboarding Specialist to ensure every new employee joins Wing with confidence, clarity, and a seamless introduction to the organization. This role is a key part of the HR team, working closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Organizational Development to guide new hires from offer acceptance through full integration. The HR Onboarding Specialist will deliver structured onboarding sessions, manage documentation and system setup, and ensure every new team member is fully oriented to Wing’s culture, processes, and expectations.
