Help Shape Quality Care Across Our Organization Alternative Wellness Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Coordinator to lead agency-wide quality initiatives that improve clinical documentation, operational efficiency, compliance, and client outcomes. What You'll Do As our CQI Coordinator, you will: Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives across multiple programs Conduct clinical chart audits and provide coaching to staff Develop and improve policies, procedures, and documentation standards Monitor quality metrics and recommend operational improvements Interpret MaineCare and behavioral health regulations Coordinate regulatory compliance activities and critical incident reporting Train new employees on documentation standards and quality expectations Partner with leadership to improve organizational performance Why Join AWS?
