EHS Manager- Manufacturing (62723)

RBS is creating its first dedicated EHS leadership position. We are looking for a builder, not a caretaker. We are seeking a hands-on Safety & Environmental Health (EHS) Manager to establish and strengthen safety programs, compliance, training, and employee engagement across our manufacturing, test center, and support operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, solving problems, building systems from the ground up, and helping organizations improve safety performance through practical, sustainable solutions.
