UI/UX Designer

What are we looking for? User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Use this data to inform design decisions. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Visual Design: Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on user experience, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing design. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure designs are implemented accurately and align with the overall project goals. Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms. Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies and incorporate them into design work. Understanding of generative AI technologies and tools. Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve and iterate on designs. Accessibility: Ensure that all designs are accessible and adhere to best practices in accessibility standards. Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. Experience with responsive and adaptive design. Basic Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
