Please contact: [email removed] Job Summary: Catawba Two Kings Casino is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the casino’s facilities, equipment, and systems are operating safely and efficiently. This role supports the gaming floor, restaurants, hotel areas, and back-of-house operations by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on casino facilities, including gaming areas, restaurants, hotel rooms, and common spaces. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to minimize downtime. Respond promptly to maintenance and repair of specialized casino equipment (lighting, security systems, surveillance equipment, signage, etc.). Ensure work areas are kept clean, safe, and in compliance with OSHA and gaming requirements. Document maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in compliance with company policies. Support special projects such as remodels, upgrades, or installations within the property. Work collaboratively with other departments and outside vendors to ensure timely and effective resolution of maintenance issues. Perform daily facilities tasks, such as landscaping, carpentry, handy-man, and sanitation. Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
