Network Engineer

About the role

Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science, Computer Technology, or related technical discipline is required with 3 years’ experience in a network engineering role. • Strong working knowledge of Windows 2003 and 2008 server OS (Microsoft certifications preferred). • Prefer experience with routing protocols. • Prefer experience with Cisco switches and firewalls. • Prefer experience working in a cloud based solutions provider environment. • Excellent communications skills. • Ability to work in a team environment. • Ability to take initiative and be proactive. • Ability to work independently and be resourceful. • Ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manner. • Ability to understand system requirements and business drivers and priorities, and integrate these requirements into overall network and data center design. • Bilingual Japanese and English • Should have excellent organizational, time management and customer relation/communication skills
