Your Role & Impact As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children in 1:1 settings to help build communication, social, play, and daily living skills. You will implement treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), collect data, and be part of a team committed to ethical, child-centered care. You’ll be trained, supported, and developed — no prior ABA certification required. What You’ll Do Direct Work With Children Deliver individualized teaching and therapy activities Support communication, social play, and problem-solving skills Reinforce skills during structured activities and natural play Learning & Data Collect data on skill acquisition and behavior throughout sessions Document session notes accurately and on time Share observations with supervising clinicians Team Collaboration Receive hands-on training, coaching, and supervision Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities Partner with families to help generalize skills at home and in the community Professional & Ethical Conduct Maintain client dignity, confidentiality, and safety at all times Model patience, compassion, and respect in every interaction Represent the values and mission of KIDS ABA Services
