Manager, Behavioral Health Operations

Operates within the Memorial Behavioral health and Memorial Health System mission, vision, strategic priorities and goals. Assumes day-to-day operational management of Patient Support Services/Front Desk/Reception, informatics, records at various Memorial Behavioral Health community mental health locations. Creates and maintains a work environment conducive to effective communication, collaboration, teambuilding and professionalism. Assures that administrative, business office, EHR, and clerical support is appropriate for MBH patients, colleagues and MH partners.
