Primary responsibilities: As a Member Relationship Advocate I or II you will focus on improving the financial lives of members by building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service, recommending and providing product and service solutions for member needs. Responsibilities include opening new accounts, servicing existing accounts and occasionally conducting financial transactions. As an MRA II you will also open business accounts and loans.
