Director School of Nursing

The Director, Practical Nurse (PN) Program provides academic and operational leadership for Griffin Hospital's Practical Nursing Program. This role oversees program administration, faculty performance, regulatory compliance, and student success while supporting workforce development goals and educational excellence. The Director collaborates with nursing leadership and clinical departments to prepare practice-ready Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). Education & Experience Requirements: Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) required; Doctorate preferred. Current Connecticut RN license or eligibility for licensure. Minimum of five (5) years of clinical nursing experience. Two to three (2–3) years of nursing education or teaching experience. Progressive leadership preferred
