Ecosystem Lead Education Sector

Reporting to the Head of Ecosystem and Value Chain Banking, the Ecosystem Lead shall be responsible for the design, implementation, and overall ownership of the commercial strategy of the assigned business ecosystem. This would be within the Education Sector Ecosystem that will cut across Corporate, Retail & Digital Financial services. The Ecosystem Lead role involves a combination of business development, growth, marketing, thought leadership, product development and business model development to optimize business opportunities within the ecosystem whilst ensuring provision of responsive solutions to customer needs within the ecosystem. It would leverage on micro and macroeconomic business intelligence, partnerships and business analytics to identify and anticipate customer needs and provide insights in developing sustainable solutions to these needs within the assigned ecosystem and provide a long-term competitive advantage for the Bank.
