Purchase & Stores Manager - Textiles

We are looking for a highly organized and result-driven Purchase & Stores Manager to oversee procurement, inventory management, and store operations in our home textile manufacturing unit. If you have strong expertise in vendor management, material planning, and inventory control, this is an excellent opportunity to grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Key Responsibilities: ✔ Manage end-to-end purchase & procurement operations ✔ Source and negotiate with vendors for raw materials, fabrics, trims & consumables ✔ Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability ✔ Oversee stores operations, inward/outward material movement & documentation ✔ Coordinate with production, planning & finance teams for material requirements ✔ Ensure timely procurement to avoid production delays ✔ Maintain vendor performance, costing & purchase records ✔ Implement inventory control and cost-saving initiatives Requirements Strong experience in Purchase, Procurement & Stores Management Knowledge of textile raw materials & manufacturing processes Vendor development & negotiation skills Inventory management & stock control expertise Proficiency in ERP / Tally / MS Excel Strong analytical and coordination skills Cost control and material planning ability Leadership and team management skills Preferred Qualifications: Any Graduate / MBA / Supply Chain or Materials Management preferred Experience in home textiles, spinning, weaving, or textile manufacturing industry preferred Benefits ✨ Opportunity to work in a growing home textile export industry ? ✨ Competitive salary + performance incentives ? ✨ Leadership role with operational exposure ✨ Career growth in supply chain & procurement management ✨ Dynamic and professional work environment ?
