Senior AI Software Engineer – Technology & Experience (TechEx)

West Monroe is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to join our Technology & Experience (TechEx) practice. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building scalable, production-grade software applications enhanced by modern AI capabilities.

You’ll work directly with clients and cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy full-stack applications, integrations, workflows, and AI-enabled solutions that solve real business problems. We’re looking for engineers who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and want to build modern software systems from concept through production.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and deploy full-stack applications and distributed systems

• Develop APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and cloud-native applications

• Build AI-enabled features including intelligent agents, copilots, workflow automation, and LLM-powered experiences

• Develop prompting and orchestration strategies for models such as GPT, Claude, and Gemini

• Integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and engineering workflows
