About the role
Make An Impact: We are looking for a Brand Coordinator to join our team. As a Brand Coordinator, you will support the Armani Exchange business with the following core responsibilities: This role is a hybrid position, requiring you to be onsite Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays. What you will do in this role: Sample Management: • Manage seasonal sample inventory • Track global sample movement • Coordinate sample requests • Prepare samples for meetings • Maintain sample accuracy Reporting & Systems: • Pull recurring reports • Maintain distribution reports • Update merchandising databases • Manage SKU status codes • Prepare meeting materials Visual Merchandising: • Own Seasonal Visual Merchandising Guidelines • Organize VM assets • Coordinate fixture installations • Support fixture development • Maintain prop inventory • Coordinate fixture requests Operational Support: • Maintain product information • Coordinate cross-functional timelines • Support product launches • Organize merchandising documentation • Manage administrative workflows Market Execution: • Support: Seasonal Sales Launch Summit, New York Market (4x/year), JCK, Inhorgenta • Support: Seasonal Preview Meetings with key accounts • Responsibilities include: Sample logistics, Event set-up, Fixture coordination, Presentation support, Product organization, meeting recaps Competitor Research: • Monitor competitor pricing and assortment • Track competitor product launches • Compile visual merchandising benchmarks • Monitor competitor retail and market presence • Prepare competitive summary reports Who You Are: • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or Apparel and Textiles preferred • Previous retail experience, preferable in a merchant or merchandising aspect • Analytical, strategic and business skill sets, including but not limited to selling analysis, financial metrics and product/assortment planning • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales and business driven commercial environment • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel) and Google Enterprise Products • Self-starter and takes initiative • Excellent organizational skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Collaborative and flexible work style • Detail oriented • Successful time management and multi-tasking skills • Passion for the fashion industry What We Offer: • Comprehensive Benefits: Includes health and well-being services • Retirement Planning: 401(k) match and educational resources • Paid Parental Leave & Return to Work Program: Support for new parents and caregivers • Generous Paid Time Off: Floating Holidays, Sick Time, Personal Days, Summer Flex Fridays • Work Flexibility: Hybrid schedule plus “Work-From-Anywhere” options • Tuition Reimbursement: Support for approved educational programs
