Building Concrete Foreman

The Building Concrete Foreman supervises, coordinates and performs the activities of Journeyman Carpenter and building & structural concrete crews and occasionally decides means and methods for the performance of daily building and structural concrete work. They are responsible for performing and modeling correct and efficient work for their fellow crew members, delegating work tasks to crew members, sequencing work, training new workers, coordinating sub contract work forces, and enforcing safety regulations. Building Concrete Foremen have formal training paired with experience in the industry and have the ability to perform, direct, supervise and troubleshoot common issues and work tasks that arise on the job.
