Global Engineering Process Lead, Sr. Manager

The Global Engineering Process Lead, Sr. Manager will be responsible for optimizing engineering processes across global engineering teams. This role drives engineering efficiency, reduces development cycle time, enhances engineering quality, and improves product reliability through best-practice identification, process convergence, deployment of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital engineering tools, and collaboration with business leaders, engineering leaders, quality teams, and tool owners. This position will be based onsite at either of our Westerville or Novi, MI locations.
