SAP Services Lead Location: On-site in Groveport, OH and New Albany, OH Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced SAP Services Lead who is responsible for the leadership, governance, delivery, and continuous improvement of SAP application services across the organization. This role oversees SAP support operations, enhancement delivery, project execution, vendor management, and service performance to ensure stable and efficient business operations. The SAP Services Lead partners closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, external service providers, and SAP functional team to drive operational excellence, process optimization, and strategic SAP initiatives aligned with company objectives. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on people leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and SAP delivery in a manufacturing environment in collaboration with the Central SAP Services team located in Europe. The position will lead a team of 4 SAP Business analysts. Please note: This is an on-site position Visa sponsorship is not available for this role Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure) • Manage and mentor project teams, including direct reports and cross-functional resources • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Sap solutions • Oversee SAP systems (ECC and/or S/4HANA) including configuration, enhancements, integrations, and production support • Drive process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives • Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation • Monitor and report on KPIs, SLAs, and financial performance • Ensure compliance with IT governance, internal controls, and best practices • Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and internal IT teams • Support strategic planning, budgeting (CapEx/OpEx), and leadership reporting • Promote a collaborative, high-performance team environment Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Has proven experience on at least two of the following SAP modules: WM, MM, PP, QM. • Familiarity with custom SAP enhancements (user exits, custom programs) • 3–5+ years of people management experience, leading teams in a multi-site environment • Strong experience in project management and SAP project delivery • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA implementations and support • Experience working in a manufacturing environment • Solid understanding of SAP configuration, data structures, and system integrations • Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources across projects • Strong knowledge of full lifecycle Sap implementation Preferred Qualifications • Knowledge of GIB Suite (DCP DCO) • Knowledge of GuiXt add on • Experience with Power BI or other BI tools • Winshuttle experience (nice to have) • Certifications (Preferred) ◦ PMP (Project Management Professional) ◦ ITIL Foundation ◦ Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP ◦ SAP or other ERP platform certifications ◦ Certified Business Relationship Manager (CBRM) Skills & Attributes • Strong leadership and people management skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities • Highly organized with strong project planning and execution skills • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Team-oriented, adaptable, and results-driven KDC-ONE is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, age, sex, gender, disability or any other characteristic protected by law.
