We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager / Sr. Manager to join our team, specializing in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for automation of manufacturing lines, assembly line layout design and development, jigs and fixtures design and development, process documentation (SOP / PFC / PFMEA / PCP / Standard Work), Poka-Yoke development, New Product Introduction (NPI), optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and enhancing operational efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing principles, advanced problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
