Quality Assistant (QLAB)

Assist in maintaining, monitoring and ensuring the highest quality in services, products and operations at QLAB. Participate in the development and implementation of quality standards, guidelines and procedures for business operations. Conduct routine testing and analysis of samples to ensure they meet the set criteria and quality standards. Participate in the preparation of test reports for the formulated samples and maintain respective documentation. Support the quality improvement process by suggesting changes and enhancements to current testing procedures and systems. Assist in conducting regular quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Assist in the analysis of quality data and generate reports for management review. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality. Help in managing non-conformities and quality issues by supporting the root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive measures. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employees' understanding of quality standards and protocols. Support the maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS) documentation like ISO certificates and other accreditation documents. Keep up to date with latest industry trends and advancements in quality assurance methodologies and apply these learnings to drive constant improvement in our processes.
