Intake and Assessment Program Manager (Outpatient)

**M-F 8.30am-5pm with some coverage required after hours and on weekends. Candidates registered with board as ASW or APCC or LPCC or LCSW preferred ** Manage coordination and triage for all OP and Intensive OP referrals to include Adult, Older Adult, and Youth and Family Service Programs. Perform in-person risk assessment of clients being referred and coordinate with referral sources in a manner that ensures the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care in all service settings consistent with Agency mission, payor, and regulatory requirements.
