Part-time Evenings Server – Hillcrest Millard Location: Hillcrest Millard Address: 13225 Westwood Lane, Omaha, NE 68144 Schedule: Part-Time Evenings, 4:00p.m. - 9:00p.m (3-4 nights per week, includes weekends.) Starting Pay: $15.00+ per hour, depending on experience Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a Server to join our dining services team at Hillcrest Millard in Omaha, NE. Hillcrest Millard is West Omaha’s premier destination for post-acute rehabilitation and long-term care. This state-of-the-art community combines innovative therapy, exceptional hospitality, private accommodations, and quality care to help guests and residents recover, maintain independence, and feel supported in a welcoming environment. What You’ll Get to Do • Serve meals to guests and residents in a friendly, timely, and respectful manner • Assist with dining room setup, service, and cleanup • Help create a positive and welcoming dining experience • Follow food safety, sanitation, and service standards • Support guests, residents, families, and team members with kindness and professionalism • Work closely with the dining services team to ensure quality service • Assist with additional dining services duties as needed What We’re Looking For • A friendly, dependable team member with a heart for serving others • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude • Previous serving, food service, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred, but not required • Ability to work part-time evenings • Willingness to support guests and residents with patience, respect, and compassion • STAR mentality: Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful Why Hillcrest?
