About the role

What You'll Do Monitor inventory health across distribution centers and restaurants — on-hand inventory, days on hand, inventory turns, and stockout risk Build and maintain demand forecasts and replenishment recommendations using sales trends, seasonality, growth, and new restaurant openings Own distributor relationships day-to-day, tracking fill rate, service level, and on-time delivery, and driving issues through to resolution Lead inventory readiness for menu launches, LTOs, packaging changes, and product transitions across both brands Build dashboards and reporting that give leadership a clear, real-time view of inventory risk and performance Partner with Operations, Culinary, Marketing, Finance, and suppliers to keep inventory plans aligned with the business Requirements What You Bring 3+ years of experience in inventory planning, demand planning, replenishment, distribution, or supply chain analytics Advanced Excel skills — pivot tables, data validation, and comfort working with large data sets A track record of spotting problems before they become problems, and following through until they're actually solved Strong communication skills — you can walk a distributor through an issue and brief an executive on the same day A degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Operations, Logistics, Finance, or equivalent experience Nice to have: restaurant, foodservice, CPG, retail, or multi-unit operations experience; experience with broadline distributors; familiarity with Restaurant365 or a similar ERP/inventory-planning system.
