Occupational Therapist - On Call

The Occupational Therapist is a key associate at Hope Network whose primary responsibilities include: Responsible for providing clinical consultations, evaluations, and rehabilitation programming for individuals at Hope Network Neuro Rehabilitation. Services may include: preliminary screening of individual needs for OT intervention, ADL, IADL (including home management, budgeting/money management, use of public/alternative transportation, medication and health management, and establishment of daily/weekly routines) clinical evaluation and treatment.
