Associate Director, Client Success

The Associate Director, Client Success will play a strategic leadership role in driving client retention, expansion, and sustainable portfolio growth across a large and diverse client base. You will oversee performance across thousands of accounts while developing strategies to increase engagement, renewals, and account value. The role combines senior-level relationship management with data-driven business strategy and operational execution. You will serve as a trusted partner to high-value clients and lead complex engagements requiring strong executive presence. Internally, you will coach and develop a team while partnering cross-functionally to improve processes, forecasting, and client outcomes.
