Job Summary The Production Manager directs and coordinates department activities to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximize profits by performing the following duties. Essential Functions • Reviews and analyzes reports, records and directives to obtain data required for planning department activities, such as new commitments, status of work in progress and problems encountered. • Gives work directions, resolves problems, prepares schedules, and sets deadlines to ensure timely completion of work. • Coordinates activities of department with related activities of other departments to ensure efficiency and economy. • Prepares reports and records on department activities for management, using computer. • Evaluates current procedures and practices for accomplishing department objectives to develop and implement improved procedures and practices. • May initiate or authorize employee hire, promotion, discharge or transfer. Required • High School Diploma or equivalent GED • 3 years of related experience • Exceptional Microsoft Office suite skills, specifically Word and Excel Preferred 1. Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in a related field 2. 5 years of related experience Hours 6:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday Compensation The anticipated starting salary range for this position is $81,427 to $108,569. The exact salary may be determined on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, and education.
