People Operations Specialist

[solidcore] is looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our growing People Operations team. You'll support the full employee lifecycle - from onboarding and offboarding to data integrity and compliance - and serve as a trusted resource for HQ (corporate) and Field employees across the organization. Located in Arlington, Virginia, operating on a hybrid schedule, the position reports to the Senior People Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, investor-backed organization with a desire to be the leader in the studio fitness space.
