Psych, Patient Care Director (Full Time/Day Shift)

The Psychiatric Patient Care Director has twenty four (24) hour accountability for the management of the Psychiatry Department, managerial responsibility for the supervision, direction and support of the Psychiatric Staff to meet the needs of the patients/medical center. Coordinates and facilitates nursing activities on the psychiatric unit by performing the following duties: 1. Participates effectively on committees in Behavioral Health Services. 2. Demonstrates continued assessment of processes.
