Bookstore Clerk

Responsible for providing customer service and assigned job responsibilities in the Bookstore at Prestonwood Baptist Church (“PBC”). Responsibilities: Provides exceptional customer service and maintains a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for customers Operates POS system to process sales transactions Stocks shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise Assembles displays or arranges merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales Answers customer inquiries regarding location, price, etc. of merchandise Wraps or bags merchandise for customers Maintains cleanliness of shelves, counters, tables, etc. May keep inventory of stock or order merchandise Other duties as assigned
