Clinical Manager

The Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of the ambulatory surgery center, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. This leadership role provides clinical oversight, coordinates staffing and patient flow, supports regulatory and accreditation compliance, and promotes a collaborative team environment. Candidates must possess strong Operating Room (OR) experience and demonstrate the ability to effectively manage OR workflow, prioritize competing demands, and lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced surgical setting.
