Headfirst Summer Camp Extended Day (PMX) Carpool Assistant is responsible for ensuring a smooth and safe transition of campers from their aftercare groups to the carpool area for dismissal. This role involves interacting directly with campers and families, providing excellent customer service while ensuring that each camper is matched with the correct authorized driver. This team member will assist in managing the afternoon carpool process, ensuring all campers are accounted for and safely escorted to their cars, creating a positive end-of-day experience for families.
