What you´ll do Support Mergers and Acquisition (M A) integration activities by validating vendor and info record master data, performing data quality checks, and assisting with supplier onboarding requests through Ariba Review and compare acquired company data against SAP master data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of supplier information Maintain and update project trackers, ensuring timely documentation and visibility of project status and milestones. Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities within integration and supplier management processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives Prepare and update Power BI and Excel dashboards, transforming data into meaningful insights and reports for stakeholders Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting materials, document minutes, and follow up on action items to support project governance Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders while demonstrating strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills to support successful integration projects
