Personal Care Aide - Northshore Heights

We are currently hiring for both evening and overnight shifts. As a PCA, you’ll... ….provide hands-on support to our residents while helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Responsibilities include: • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility • Provide personal care and support based on each resident’s individual needs • Assist with meals, hydration, and other daily routines as needed • Respond promptly and compassionately to resident requests • Observe residents for changes in condition or behavior and communicate concerns to the appropriate team member • Provide companionship and meaningful interaction with residents • Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe living environment • Work closely with nurses and fellow care team members to provide exceptional resident care • Follow individualized care plans, community policies, and safety procedures Available Shifts Evenings: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Overnights: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM If you're someone who finds purpose in caring for others and wants to be part of a team where your work matters, we'd love to meet you!
