We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Allocations & Replenishment Analyst to join the Accent Group Support Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in allocations, merchandise planning or inventory management who enjoys improving systems, solving problems and working collaboratively across multiple brands. In this role, you'll play a key part in optimising stock allocation and replenishment across our portfolio, while supporting the rollout of new systems, improving processes and helping teams get the most from our allocation tools. What You'll Do • Support the rollout, implementation and ongoing adoption of allocation and merchandise planning systems and processes across the business. • Act as the first point of contact for allocation system queries, providing timely support and guidance to stakeholders. • Create, maintain and continuously improve system training guides, process documentation and user resources. • Deliver engaging training sessions and one-on-one coaching to build capability across allocation and planning teams. • Identify opportunities to improve allocation, replenishment and inventory management processes through system enhancements and best practice. • Produce regular inventory reporting, including aged stock analysis and key allocation performance insights. • Analyse inventory trends and provide recommendations to improve stock flow and store performance. • Work closely with Merchandise, Planning, Supply Chain and Technology teams to ensure allocation processes operate efficiently. • Assist with system testing, upgrades and enhancements, ensuring successful implementation and user adoption. • Support ongoing projects that enhance inventory accuracy, stock availability and operational efficiency. What You'll Bring • Previous experience in a retail Allocations, Merchandise Planning role. • Strong understanding of allocation and replenishment principles within a multi-site or multi-brand retail environment. • Experience using allocation or merchandise planning systems, with exposure to Foresight Retail or Bamboo Rose highly regarded. • Advanced Excel skills and confidence analysing large and complex data sets. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. • The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and confidently to users of varying experience levels. • Experience creating training materials, process documentation or user guides. • A collaborative approach with the ability to build strong relationships across multiple business functions. • Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. • A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for systems, process optimisation and operational excellence.
