Operations Utility Associate

Packer Fastener is looking for a Operations Utility Associate to join our team! Primary Duties: Serves as a reliable and flexible resource, primarily supporting Receiving, while demonstrating the ability to assist across distribution center operations, including order picking, shipping, fabrication, and CMV driving, based on daily business needs Learns and accurately executes processes and systems to meet quality and productivity expectations Partners with DC Manager and warehouse leaders (REC, PICK, SHIP) to execute daily priorities Commitment to safety and, when assigned, operates Commercial Motor Vehicles (CMVs) in accordance with all safety rules, training, and applicable DOT/company requirements Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following housekeeping standards and participating in continuous improvement practices Promotes Operational Excellence and our company Swagger through teamwork, communication, and a willingness to support other related duties as assigned
