Maintenance Technician

Position Summary Highly skilled Maintenance Technician to perform and oversee installation, repair and maintenance of injection molding and automation equipment. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to enhance performance and increase reliability of production and facilities equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and automation systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic systems. Program and maintain take out robots. Install and validate equipment and document results. Document maintenance activities in accordance with quality system requirements. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent equipment downtime. Support mold changes and setups to ensure production and engineering schedules are achieved. Work with equipment vendors to locate spare and replacement parts. Compliance with all corporate policies, ISO requirements, and OSHA regulations.
