Vice President of Compliance (22884)

Job Summary: The Vice President of Compliance is responsible for the oversight, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Cantex Compliance Program across all divisions. This role partners with executive and operational leadership to ensure alignment with Company policies and procedures, including the Health Plan, Code of Conduct, Quality Hotline, monitoring, auditing, trending, tracking, and reporting activities. The VP of Compliance supports adherence to applicable regulatory requirements and guidance from agencies such as OIG, DOJ, CMS, and HHSC. This position serves as a strategic and operational leader who promotes a culture of compliance, ethics, and accountability while driving consistency and effectiveness across the organization.
