Group/Class: Group II, Hourly/Non-Exempt Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00/hr Reports To: Food & Beverage Director Status: Year Round Central Purpose: To enrich the lives of our community by providing joy and freedom through exploration Core Values: Seek first to help - Dedicated to results - Optimism in action - Solution seekers FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER JOB SUMMARY: Front of House manager is responsible for overseeing all guest-facing food and beverage operations including Chair 5 pub, KaWham Cafe and all on mountain outlet locations. They are responsible for hiring, training, and scheduling staff, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction, efficient operations and strong communication between the front and back of house. The Front of House manager also supports the planning and execution of food and beverage services for Mission Ridge events. This person is committed to delivering the highest quality guest experience by providing exceptional service and value. Complete guest satisfaction is the ultimate goal. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced and high volume environment, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times, and works collaboratively with the Executive Chef and operational leaders. As a working manager this role is expected to assist with front line operations as needed, including serving tables, cashiering, or filling other positions as needed based on business and staffing levels. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
