Catering Staff

Department: Food & Beverage Reports to: Catering Events Manager DOL Status: Part-Time; Events-Based Supervises Others: No Exemption Status: Hourly; Non-Exempt General Summary: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with set-ups, clean-ups, and general catering facilitation for the Resch Complex. Job Duties: Demonstrates and embodies the PMI Entertainment Group Culture and Customer Service values. Responsible for assisting in the coordination, correct set-up, and implementation of catering events. Ensures high quality food product is delivered and served to patrons in a professional and timely manner. Responsible for following state and local health laws pertaining to the storage, handling, preparation and dispensing of food and beverages. Maintains proper image and generates positive rapport with patrons and staff. Makes sure all transactions are carried out in accordance with Company guidelines.
