Bank Rec Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Bank Rec Analyst based in Canada. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of daily bank account reconciliations. You’ll work with high volumes of financial transactions, identifying discrepancies, missing data, and unusual activity. The position combines hands-on reconciliation work with data analysis, transaction processing, and financial reporting support. You’ll collaborate with banking partners, payment processors, internal teams, and operational stakeholders to resolve outstanding items. Attention to detail and strong analytical judgment will be essential when investigating discrepancies and potential suspicious activity. The role operates in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, organization, and timely execution directly support financial integrity.
