Operations Coordinator - Exciting Startup, Great Hours & HUGE Growth Oppty!

We are looking for a full time Operations Coordinator. This person should be organized, have great attention to detail with a crafty/resourceful side. This role will work closely with the Operations Director in a fast paced food technology company. Key traits are the ability to shift gears and focus quickly, strong communications skills, self motivated and great attention to detail. We are an Asian-food based delivery-only restaurant located in the Dogpatch area of San Francisco. The job comes with full benefits after 30 days (Medical, Dental, Vision) plus equity in the company. Details: Hours will be 6:30AM-2PM Monday- Friday. Driving our utility van will be a daily part of the position, the coordinator will be doing 1-2 delivery drops a day. Must have a valid CA license with a perfect driving record. Also must have experience/comfortable driving a large utility vehicle. QUALIFICATIONS: Proficient in Google Docs including spreadsheets is a plus High attention to detail and highly proficient in data entry and accuracy Professional phone demeanor Ensure excellent customer service Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional time-management Desire to take on additional responsibility Extremely organized Works quickly and handles last minute changes well, easily adaptable Handles constructive criticism well Works great with a team Handles tight deadlines with ease Task oriented Able to take direction from multiple departments as needed Hourly pay is $15-$17/hour to start.
