Project Manager_Business Application

Roles and Responsibilities: Manage projects to implement business applications for clients from initiating to closing in scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk. SPOC to client representing for the project to manage. Report to one of the account managers. Support creating service proposals. Cost and effort estimates. Create WBS and define activities. Create project schedule and milestones. Track and control issues. Lead requirement analysis activities such as interviews, sessions and documentations. Lead testing and responsible for QA. Create go-live and system transition plan. Support designing system architecture. Facilitate and bridge communications among stakeholders such as clients, other group firms, local solutions partners. Create and review project deliverables. Pursue business leads and opportunities supporting account managers. Mentor project staff. Required: 5+ years of project management. 5+ years of business application development. Technical – requirement analysis, system design, testing design. Project management – scope, cost, time, quality, risk. Business knowledge - Japanese banking and/or security business process knowledge. Excellent communication skills in verbal and written. Excellent documentation skills in business proposals and project deliverables. Preferred: Project management in global delivery (offshore) model. Project management for Japanese financial companies. Work experiences at IT service vendors.
