Requirements 6–10+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a contracting, construction, engineering, or related organization. You have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with demonstrable knowledge of sales techniques and strategies. You have excellent interpersonal skills, research capabilities, and essential analytical capabilities. You are fluent in Kannada, English and Hindi. Knowledge of other regional languages would be an added advantage. Educational and Experience: A degree or diploma in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering or a similar field. Possessing Sales or Marketing qualifications /certification would be an added advantage.
