Backend Architect

Backend Architect We’re looking for a Backend Architect to build the foundational infrastructure for an AI-powered multimodal learning platform for K12 students. You’ll design and implement scalable backend systems that support conversational AI, voice integration, gamification, community features, and real-time analytics. Key Responsibilities • Develop APIs for content management, gamification (badges, leaderboards, challenges), and peer competition • Implement voice (STT/TTS) and OCR service integrations • Build real-time dashboards and reporting systems for students, parents, and institutions • Design scalable database architecture for user data, content, analytics, and community features • Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with educational data standards • Optimize for performance under high concurrent users across web and mobile platforms Required Skills • 2+ years backend development experience (Node.js, Python, or Java) • Strong API design experience • Database expertise (PostgreSQL/MySQL + MongoDB/Redis) • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) • Understanding of authentication, security, and data privacy best practices • Experience integrating third-party APIs and services Location: Noida (onsite)
