Human Resources Manager | PFC USA PFC USA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team! This is a hands-on HR leadership role for someone who enjoys partnering with employees and leaders while managing a broad range of HR functions. The HR Manager will oversee and support key areas including: Employee relations and performance management Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding Payroll and benefits administration Compensation and employee recognition programs FMLA, Colorado FAMLI, and unemployment administration Employment law and regulatory compliance HR policies, procedures, and Employee Handbook management 401(k) administration and annual compliance/audit activities HRIS management, reporting, and workforce analytics Employee engagement and retention initiatives Supervision and development of HR staff, as applicable Partnership with senior leadership on staffing needs, turnover trends, workforce planning, HR reporting, and organizational needs
