Campaign Support Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY The Campaign Support Specialist serves as a key member of the Donor Services team, responsible for planning, configuration, deployment, and ongoing support of workplace online giving campaigns. This role manages multiple campaign implementations while partnering with internal departments, corporate partners, campaign volunteers, and technical contacts to ensure successful execution and exceptional customer service. The position requires strong project coordination, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to users with varying levels of technical expertise. Success in this role depends on exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities while meeting critical deadlines.
