We are changing the way India learns, one lesson at a need of quality education To know more, download the Unacademy Learning App from Play Store, App Store or visit us at unacademy.com Check us out: https://blog.unacademy.com/ https://medium.com/@unacademyHQ Roles and Responsibilities: On-boarding new content creators/reviewers for launching Test Series in new exam categories Ensuring test creation is standard of the questions matching the actual examination in all the aspects, helping students to rectify their weakness and excel in competitive exam Ensuring test quality is top notch and make changes as required based on learner's feedback Cross functional communication to ensure learner's get the best experience of Test Series and Practice Tab (Product team, Marketing Team, Learner Support Team and Content Heads etc.) Optimizing processes to ensure high productivity of the team and great experience to learners, managing day to day activities for 15+ member team Develop the strategy and the management arrangements for key milestones, demonstrating solid progress against plan Preferred Qualification: A person with 2+ years of experience in Operations who can own end-to-end delivery and planning, which includes staffing models, resource hiring, and optimizing utilization Strong oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to present and influence at executive level Excel skills to automate processes A driven and visionary leader who leads by example Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up Education market knowledge is an added advantage Multi-disciplinary, continuous learning mindset Experience in working in a collaborative team
