Automation Engineer

The Automation Engineer is responsible for leading the implementation of automation projects across multiple manufacturing sites, with the primary objective of reducing direct labor content and improving operational efficiency. This role partners closely with General Managers (GMs) and site leadership to execute projects selected based on business impact and feasibility. This is a highly hands-on, travel-intensive role requiring a strong mix of engineering, project management, and on-site execution capabilities.
