We are looking for a Head of/Manager Corporate Communications – SEE to lead corporate communications strategy and execution across South East Europe, ensuring a consistent, credible, and reputation-building narrative across markets. The role sits within External Affairs, acting as the senior regional owner of corporate communications — spanning digital presence, media relations, executive visibility, and stakeholder engagement — while ensuring full alignment with group-level communications strategy and priorities.

This is a senior, high-visibility role combining strategic ownership with the ability to guide hands-on execution across multiple markets and functions.

The role is anchored in Zagreb, with regional scope and senior stakeholder exposure across SEE.

What The Role Involves

SEE Communications Strategy

• Own and drive the corporate communications strategy across SEE, with focus on Croatia, Greece, Serbia, ensuring alignment with group-level priorities and positioning • Translate regulatory, corporate, and business priorities into a coherent communications narrative

• Set direction for digital presence, media relations, and stakeholder engagement across markets

• Identify and prioritise opportunities to strengthen reputation and visibility across the region

Corporate Digital Presence

• Contribute with content for corporate digital channels, including LinkedIn, corporate website, Instagram, and X, ensuring consistency of messaging, tone, and visual identity

• Contribute to content strategy and calendar planning aligned with business priorities across markets

Media Relations & PR Leadership

• Build and maintain senior relationships with key journalists and media outlets across the designated SEE markets

• Act as a senior point of contact for high-profile media engagement and press relations

• Oversee the development of press releases, statements, Q&A materials, and media content

• Lead crisis communication and reactive messaging across designated SEE markets

Executive Communications & Visibility

• Support preparation of senior leadership participation in media, industry, and public engagements in designated markets

• Contribute to key corporate moments, including announcements, partnerships, and positioning topics

Events & External Engagement

• Oversee planning and execution of corporate and industry events, including media, stakeholder, and partner engagements

• Guide participation in industry forums, conferences, and award platforms across the designated markets, in agreement with other teams and colleagues

Reputation & Narrative Alignment

• Ensure communications are aligned with External Affairs priorities, including regulatory positioning and responsible gaming

• Lead proactive, structured storytelling and reputation campaigns across markets (e.g. black market, responsible gaming)

• Engage, where and when needed, with industry associations and relevant external partners

• Coordinate with Internal Comms to maintain narrative consistency

• Identify and scale successful initiatives across SEE markets

Team & Stakeholder Leadership

• Work closely with other communications functions to align messaging and priorities

• Coordinate with and oversee external agencies across multiple markets

• Ensure consistency, quality, and alignment of outputs across jurisdictions

Super Foundation & Social Impact

• Oversee communications and visibility of Super Foundation initiatives across SEE

What We Are Looking For

• 8–12 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or digital communications, including experience in a senior or leadership capacity

• Proven track record leading communications across multiple markets, ideally within SEE

• Strong and active media network, with proven experience managing high-profile media engagement and press relations

• Experience with corporate digital channels and executive visibility programmes, event execution and senior stakeholder engagement

• Excellent writing and editorial judgement, with the ability to translate complex regulatory and business topics into clear, credible communication

• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate teams and/or external partners across markets

• Strong stakeholder management skills, including with senior leadership

• Data-aware mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and inform strategy

• Comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands-on involvement when needed

• Ability to operate in a dynamic, cross-market, high-visibility environment

• Comfortable with using AI tools and embedding AI in ways of working

Nice to Have

  • Experience in international and fast-paced environments; exposure to regulated industries (e.g. gambling, betting, financial services) is an advantage
  • Experience in driving communication campaigns for regulatory purposes
  • Experience building or scaling region
